We are situated at the north end of Colchester, Essex, just minutes from junction 29 of the A12 dual carriageway. Adjacent to the A12, Colchester Business Park is well connected for business. The City of London, Docklands, M25 and Stansted Airport are all easily accessible.

To the east lies Europe's principal container port, Felixstowe, and the A14 which provides an excellent link to the A1 and M1, Midlands and the North.

Colchester Mainline Station, just 2 1/2 miles away, provides an excellent rail service to London Liverpool Street in under the hour. There is a regular bus service from Colchester Business Park to Colchester town centre and beyond.
